A 90-Minute Session is required on the first occassion. It can be complete as a teaching session for daily use at home, or as a comprehensive teaching and treatment session to begin a course, depending upon the situation for each client. The whole experience is relaxed and enjoyable - sometimes funny and sometimes moving. There is no need to use the conscious mind to think and analyse and experience past pain. The subconscious will reveal all gently and in accordance with the clients own individual priority issues. One session can achieve a great deal. One session a week taken over 4 - 6 weeks is recommended.
